One of the keys on my keytop is broken, how do I get a replacement?

Cause - Physical damage due to use and/or abuse Cybernet's limited warranty covers electronic damage only; this excludes any form of physical damage such as broken/sticky keys or liquid spill damage. Individual keys are not able to be replaced; a replacement of the keyboard matrix or the entire keytop is required. Please have the Zero-Footprint-PC model number available and contact Cybernet Sales for pricing and availability of these parts.
